Brooklyn, NY | Coincidence? Maybe this explains the call I received last year, asking me if I would like a position as a senior tech...a job I had with AT&T several years ago as a contractor. After 3 years AT&T had to take you on as an employee (which included benefits, etc.) or cut you loose. AT&T chose the cheap route, and let me go.
I laughed when I realized it was the exact same job they were offering me, explained that I had been formerly employed in the position, then politely declined.
