Thanks When I dial from outside, I still get number not in service or disconnected. I still dont have dial tone. I rebooted my TA also.

Leesburg, VA		 I just triggered your device to restart, and it registered. You should now have dialtone.

Chicago, IL		 Thank you.. Now it works.. Great support. One thing I found out is I lost all my contacts online ? Not sure if you guys had to recreate my account or what? Is there any way I can get back my contacts ?
