Hello,does anyone experiencing a network issue with TB? My phone lost a dial tone around 4pm EST on 1/30/2009.I rebooted Gizmo and Verizon FIOS router, but voice light doesn't come up.Ticket was opened with TB (#317666) over e-mail.Thanks,Dan
I have no Dialtone on my Teleblend either. I didn't notice until this morning, but I did get a voicemail on my phone and didn't hear the phone ring, so it could have been out last night as well.Also rebooted everything, status on SPA2102 says not registered.Have ticket into TB, #317773.
TB just restored my service. All I had to do was send them my MAC address and service was restored. Didn't ask why, I'm a network engineer and I understand "things just happen".Thanks TB.
