On ADSL2+ even though it says interleaved the latency is as low as or lower than Fastpath, sometimes when I resynced my modem on my ADSL2+ DSL connection would say fastpath and the latency was exactly the same as interleaved.
If I go back to DSL ( currently on roadrunner) im going to go with Fairpoint as their routing and latency is better.
