Absolute worst technical support I have ever used....I have yet to talk to a person on the phone or live chat!!!! It would be nice if when you were on hold they would tell you how long of a wait or how many people infront of you. Now I am trying live chat help but I just have a blank white window that says: "http://jabber.telenetwork.com:9090/webchat/queue.jsp"
so I assume I am in a que to be helped? but who knows!?!?!?!?! What a joke.....I am one unhappy customer.....
