 | Give Fairpoint a chance. I work for the company that does FP tech support. It has been a fun transition. We handle multiple ISP's Centurytel. Frontier, and others. I've been thru a few take overs but this has been the hardest. A lot of the issue we are facing are from Verison. Even though Verison has a share in FP (fairpoint) they arent making the transition that easy. Not a lot of connection issues but a ton of NH email problems. We are told that by the end of next week everything will be solved. Maybe. But, I can tell you this. The FP reps we have been working with including reps from the company that hosts the mail are working very hard to get everything operational. |
