 [netopia] Packet Filter on 3347-02-1006L

we have bellsouth dsl, they sent the netopia 3347-02-1006L with 7.6.1r9 firmware, cant figure out how to set filters. the 7.5 manual shows an option to set filters, but its not in this router. we have a lan with about 20 computers and need to block most from internet access, and allow a few, i thought setting packet filters was the way to go, is this right? we dont want to buy wireless cards for 5 computers. anyone know how to set packet filters in version 7.6.1r9?
