You're looking at it from a restorative perspective (ie: how can one be "restored" by $10). But again, the point is missed. One can not be made to forget what they saw. Its impossible. But if one pays Comcast $50 for a month of TV of the buyers option and Comcast chooses to violate (willfully or not) that, then certainly refunding a portion of the monthly contract amount is a "reasonable" attempt at a solution.
It may not make everyone happy, but nothing will. |
