Try asking a CABLE customer what they are really charged for services with ANY cable company?? I work for FP and speak w/ customer who were offered a $99 Bundle w/ cable and receive bills for $170 a month PLUS a $300 install fee.
Some may agree with that, but I have always received what I paid for and I am a VERY happy Comcast customer for many years. My speeds and service have always blown away the competition (except Vonage, which offers more value for the money..and don't start any arguments with them as they work well for me and I will continue with them until the dialtone ends)I, personally, have never received any false billing claims.
