I finally had enough of the poor service and stealing of my money. After 2 years I've suspended my account with Xplornet and moved on to a (well known) fixed wireless ISP in my area. I wish our CRTC would hurry up and slap regulations on ISP's for service levels. It's outta control in Canada, No protection for the consumer. All I have to say to anyone looking into Xplornet is STAY AWAY......BUYER BEWARE....YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF......
