We need to burry these lines, then there wont be issues with wind storms or ice storms, ect taking out these lines. Its alot easyer to fix when they are dug up, as generaly it happens between spring-fall. not winter when most excivating will stop if the ground is frozen, thus no ice storms to take out the lines. |

The next street over has their lines above ground though. |

Are you referring to phone/cable or power lines? Power is not as practical to bury as phone/cable.
