Fairpoint screw up
When will Fairpoint fix their e-mail problem here in NH (Feb 1 migration from verizon to fairpoint)? I am currently unemployed and depend heavily on e-mail and contacts. This is way more than a minor inconvenience. Website step by step instructions don't work (automatically or manually) and phone line is BUSY and probably will remain that way but for how long? Anyone have any inside info on timeline to FIX?
