| i am a Wisp and wanna start tv over ip service hello i am a wisp and i want to start the TV service for my customers is it possible that my customers can use my tvtuner card and watch what ever they like i mean can i share my card to my clients? if its not possible then please guide me.i m new in this how to do it properly .i don't want my clients to buy decorder or something...i have dell workstation 650 with Xeon processor technology there are two 2.8ghz processors in it and 2gb of ram i have herd that it can happen on linux please guide me i will be thankful to you. |
