Here, it does leaps and bounds better than AT&T.
I'm lucky to get any signal whatsoever with AT&T, but VM/Sprint is as solid as it can get.

| I've been w/ Virgin for about 3 years or so. No complaints about them service-wise. Plenty of bars on my phone inside my house & around the city (only exception would be the underground parts of the Boston subway, where AT&T & Verizon folks DO get service). My only pet peeve is short battery life on some of their newer phones. |

I believe the JD Power survey results was specifically for customer service, not necessarily wireless service issues such as signal quality, data speeds, etc. |
