AT&T Did good...Insight not so much
My wires were torn from my house. I called AT&T at 8:00 AM Monday and by noon my phone and DSL were restored.
Insight has not been as responsive. I called them Monday and after 30 minutes on hold I was told my cable TV will be restored "somtime". Then the REAL aggravation was they tried to sell me additional services when they can't even give a an estimate of when my cable will be restored. I was ok with them not knowing when they would get there, but the "upsell" thing REALLY aggravated me.......
