| Power's not all back though
As of this morning's reports, KY still had about 120,000 state-wide that were without power.
If Insight is basing their "10% of modems offline in Louisville" on the fact that they can't talk to those modems, it may not be insight's infrastructure, it could be that those customers don't yet have power back.
