Re: Streamyx 115.x.x.x IP Address Like Glue!

After getting no reply at all from help@tm.net.my and being told on the phone that TM was only responsible inside Malaysia and there was nothing they could do I copied my complaint to Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission complaints department(SKMM). After that TM actually called me!!! After 10 days my IP address changed to 128.xxx.xxx.xxx and the speed was back to normal.

Yes, I have exactely the same problem since a few days back. My 60.-address stopped working and since then even if I have disconnected and reconnected a hundred times, I only get 115.-addresses.

The result for me is that I can't reach most of my favorite sites back home in Sweden. As I'm subscibing to and paying fro the STEAMYX 4Mbit service - I'm extremely unhappy - and I will escalate this within TM next week.

At about 1.30am on 4 February my IP Address changed from 60.xxx.xxx.xxx to 115.xxx.xxx.xxx I tried disconnecting and reconnecting many times but cannot escape from 115.xxx.xxx.xxx
My local connection speed is fine: 1500kbps but international down/up has changed from 1000kbps/400kbps to 100kbps/80kbps
Anyone having the same problem? Any suggestions?
Nothing from TMNet help of course.
