(peering not as good as ATT, VerizonBusiness/MCI/UUNet, etc.) I am curious as to how these ethernet circuits are routed, are they at the mercy of XO if something goes wrong? I have a $400/mo 1.5M T1 with another provider and would jump to the 3Mbps ethernet if it's as reliable. Also curious if I ordered the 3Mbps level ethernet service would they in fact install 5 2Mbps circuits so I could increase the speed later with a phone call? (from what I read this is how these ethernet over copper (EoC) services work, by bonding five 2Mbps circuits together for a max of 10Mbps)
