| TWC caps I wonder if TWC will attempt to add the caps to their system in Charlotte, NC which is also the headquarters for Time Warner Cable? Hmmm, somehow I doubt that will be one of the first places where they implement caps. Caps are BS to begin with. Charter has a 60mbs service that is uncapped at $140/mo but then if you get any speed less than 60 they add the caps. It is quite obvious that this is all about money and profit and dividends, etc. Greedy selfish business and not very good business practice at that when you F&*& the customer. |
