I voted Windows Explorer and "Other." For certain tasks I use "V-the file viewer" which is not only a file manager but a file viewer showing the contents of any file in hex.

FreeCommander and Windows Explorer. FreeCommander is kind of like the firefox of file managers. Tab browsing, open source, kick ass software. The habit of clicking My Computer, Explore is the only reason I use Windows Explorer.
