None of them, Online Armor as my firewall allows me to force software to "run safer" (limited rights)
Avast for Antivirus

Sandboxie is the main tool for preventing spyware, so what if it gets in my sandbox, it gets deleted and never reaches my real machine

SpyBot and Spyware blaster (the immunizations kept up to date for sure)

Have used Protowall on one system for ages but looks like they are out of funds »www.bluetack.co.uk/forums/index.php which is sad, they had a very nice Blocklist Manager program

Also use »www.funkytoad.com/ Hosts Expert and Zoned Out

I checked "none".

Browse as a limited user. Use common sense. Don't allow "xxx toolbar" to be auto-installed. When installing software, select "custom", and uncheck anything you don't need.

With good practices, you should not need anti-spyware.
