Don't Trust Comcast IT - it is a failure - not as advertised

The new Comcast e-mail is with out a doubt the worst example of IT planning in the US
It is also fraudlent!

1. The pictorial advertisement claims and shows that you can manage all Comcast mail accounts from one location.
- After spending 5 phone calls (hours) the new Comcast web mail requires you to log off and back into each accout. The tech services recommend using Hot Mail if you want what comast promised.
2. Comcast totally screwed up all my secondary mail box Address books. And Comcast Address Book Importer does not work.
- How can Comcast do this to paying customers? YOU JERKS!!!
3. Comcast "Smart Zone" is not smart at all.
- What a total failure! Your advertisements steal the cursor during login, Does Comcast ever test anyting!
4. I have an open ticket with Comcast on how to import my mailing list into secondary accounts.
- No response. Tech services told me just to install Outlook and not use Comcast web services!

I hae been a loyal Comcast Customer for 5 years with Cable, digital phone, and Internet. After this treatment... I am no longer loyal. There is no excuse!

Honestly, I am calling to review my options.
If comcast is this bad at a basic upgrade like e-mail, then how can I really depend on them? I depend on my service to stay employed. Comcast has no regard for its users.

wow, sounds like a bad experience. that sucks, however, what were you thinking using an ISP email for business though? not the best choice
