Well they could add ESPN360 to eveyone's internet service NOW if they didn't wall it off. I think what you mean is that they must offer it and PAY for it.
Any ISPs that make these kinds of deal then those websites should NOT count against any caps. |

1 edit | IF they do not count against your caps, I think they would get into net neutrality territory. This another one of those situations of forcing people to pay for stuff they do not want(there are many examples already, as you know). |
