Considering many non-union workers these days are either a) not getting raises (or actually getting pay cuts) or b) losing their jobs, 2% is a pretty good offer. |

This is NOT the case. There is a process in place to get rid of any employee that doesn't adhere to company policy. In the building trades, workers can be let go on the spot. Do yourself a favor by letting go of the talk show circuit, they're just leading us further down the path of outsourcing all of our manufacturing base under the guise of "competition" |
