| No Internet Dial Up Connection YET I have been trying to help my sister and her husband with this problem for over a week now. The email transition from verizon to myfairpoint on January 31st for my sister was not bad, BUT her husband could not connect and the next day my sister could no longer connect either! We have called support several times, they admit there is a problem in their area (Northern NH) but nothing has been resolved yet! Like someone said in earlier posting YOU CANNOT GET ONLINE TO BITCH ABOUT THIS!!!!!!! So I am sending this email from Florida. My internet works great here, but not using Fairpoint either! I am holding on the phone now waiting for someone to talk to me again! Surely, it will be the same story, we are working on it, have people from China working on it too! |
