| E-Mail Problems Still Plague Fairpoint Users
I have tried to call many times eithier it said please call back, busy or it would say please contact us online for tech chat. Ya how many times and hrs did I spend waiting for them to answer online chat. Good news is that you can get through to custermer service just for them to say sorry our computers or not up. |

| Not to diminish the problem, but If I knew my provider was being sold, merged, going under, I would have switched to a web based email till It got over the "speed" bumps of the sale/switch etc., and steered everyone to that. Peace -- BlooMe |
