I'm afraid I'm going to have to strongly disagree. at&t's caps will vary by speed plan; if you're trying to save money by buying an economical plan (VS Max 18+ or whatever) the caps are pretty restrictive. With streaming coming on strong I think many people--- ESPECIALLY families--- will hit at&t caps easily--- WITHOUT being "illegal P2P'ers"... What are the caps per tier? |
