| Something to keep in mind.. When they "Authorize a strike" what happens is everyone that is part of that union gets a "letter of intent to strike". usually this letter has a "Postmarked date by" and such and it's a simple yes/no vote. You drop your ballot in a sealed envelope and mail it off. I am hoping in the future they will do this electronically or look into it.
It's almost like a popular vote. Ironically, they vote on the contract the same way.
