Re: Fairpoint switched over Verizon's alias names not username it seems that things are SLOWLY being fixed. First off, no luck getting through to Tech Service via phone or chat for a week now. not very pleased about this, but i guess i can understand with the number of customers affected.
as of yesterday, my subaccounts finally became fully accessible and was also able to get into manage my accounts (by logging in with the alias name).
my only gripe now is that when i send or reply to an email via webmail, it lists my email address as the alias address, and not my people friendly username. i'm hoping this is a problem that will be fixed. |
