Re: Caps R Fun This is for traffic on the backbone, not to individual subscribers. If anything, this goes to provide even more capacity to delay even the need for caps.
While the competition is complaining that they don't have enough capacity, that net neutrality is a bad thing as it will overburden their network, and finding ways to slow down or limit their customers, Verizon appears to be doing The Right Thing™. |
