I've been with BT several times, an average service. BE is a lot better though.
eh? the OP is debating between "Be" and "O2" which are both LLU providers owned by Telefónica (of Spain) and have as little to do with BT as it's possible for an ISP in the UK to have unless one lives in either a cabled area or Hull... {BT have had nothing whatsovere to do with O2 since they demerged it in 2001 (2 years after they had bought out Securicor) - Telefónica bought both O2 and (Swedish owned) BeThere in 2006}
