Seems to me they would already be educated as to Verizon's services and pricing which is why they are probably leaving. I agree. They're equating the loss of their customers to a loss for consumers. If their customers have made a decision and have learned about number porting, I think they're educated enough. If later on these customers aren't happy, they can always go back. |
