Re: Fairpoint switched over Verizon's alias names not username I would just like to say a few things about the big "switch".The whole switch was a joke.I tried for days and hours tying to get through to someone to help. Finally on Monday I was determined to hang as long as it took. I statred around 8 o'clock in the evening...at 11:45 that evening I finally got my email!!!!I chatted with 5 people..they sent me to this site and that site.It was probably the longest run around I have ever encounted.To Charlie, the 5th and last guy I chatted with, took me to the site I needed to be at and in 2...I'm talking 2 seconds...I was there.I still cannot get my email the right way but I will keep trying til I get it. If I wasn't in a two year contract with my server, Fairpoint would be gone. Good luck to all. |
