Since you're now using VZW's towers, get Milenicom. They don't have caps...
Yikes. That is a terribly run company and if you read, they've been switching people to VZW and burying fine print about the 5GB caps. We will never deal with them again.

Do ya wanna keep your coverage and not be charged effectively $12 per GB? Know anyone else who'll do that for ya without resorting to sat?

From what I've heard the MCom switch was due to weirdness on Sprint's part. Also, since they're switching to VZW, that means you'll get the same coverage as before, on your Alltel plan.

So, you're switched to VZW and subject to the same 5GB cap? I'm failing to see your point? Although you're not subject to a contract which is definitely a perk.

We had two adapters with them and it was a nightmare to cancel them. They wanted to charge us full price for the plastic case the adapters came in, even though they shipped them to us with rubber bands around them ... with no plastic cases. And on top of that, they still expected us to return the adapters.

We got the impression they were run by a few folks out of a basement somewhere, as no one ever answered the phone, voicemails were not returned (and it sounded like they used a tape based answering machine), emails went into a void, and when we did get an response, it was a sporadic email asking for payment for the plastic case, but no answer to our assertion that we never had them.

I think they finally gave up as we haven't heard from them in a few months.

It appears as though Millenicom has removed "unlimited" verbiage from their website, however at least whatever their cap is is a soft cap, with no overage charges...
