i have had charter since they took over my cable company back in 2000. i use to have Marcus cable. i never had any issues with my cable until Charter took over. Once they did, the service declined and the customer support went down south. Plus at times i would get double billed, which would happen at-least 3 or 4 times a year. To be honest i hope they get shut down or go out of business.
If Charter sells our accounts to another company can we still use our exisiting cable boxes and modems or they will have to change the cable boxes if our accounts are sold to another cable company I really liked Charter's service the csr always helping me when I needed a question answered or if I had a question about my bill and sending a tech to my home to setup service. What about my package with charter will the price go back up
