Sorry it doesn't work well for you.
Almost a week since I wrote my review. No complaints from my wife. Their was a brief period where it didn't work, the laptop downed updates, installed them and rebooted automatically. I had to check it out and log on (MJ software doesnt start untill you log in to the computer) but then set it to just notifie me about updates so that won't happen again. I've had transmission troubles on my car and in panic mode made multiple phone calls on my home phones without even thinking about MJ or how it works, just used the phone; nothing wrong, it just worked. It does seem to ether work for you or not from what I've read. It works for me. I cannot diagnose your troubles from here but I'd say it's your ISP. Probably lousy ping times or your ISP wants you to use their voip service. |
