Is ATT's VDSL better than dial-up? you betcha. Do the customers that have no other choice have to like the way it's implemented? absolutely not.

I've seen a lot of VRADs in San José, California. I can't say that I have seen any on front lawns. I can say that every VRAD I have seen is adjacent to a cross-connect box.
