We currently do not have phone service (our Handytone adapter is flashing red). I can't even get the Callcentric website to come up. Is there a scheduled outage this morning? (Feb. 17 at 4:58 am EST)

This very rare overnight problem was aggressively jumped on by CallCentric and fixed in a few hours.
