Probably before. The cost after? I'm just guessing, maybe about $13 after taxes with the $10. It's a very rough estimate.
I come to that guess by doing this. My POTS line, including all features but before taxes, is $55. After taxes, and assuming I don't make any international calls, is about $72. That's just over a 30% increase.
