\The RIAA sucessfully shut down napster 6 years ago. It was such a large distribution entity, and instead of finding a way to harvest it, they immediatly try and stop it. CD sales are at their lowest ever, casettes are essentially non-existant, and the future is happening now, and its a digital one. Now, there is this little program called iTunes, that, lo and behold, people actually pay for music!
They didn't shutdown Napster. Universal Music bought them.
