Might as well add VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray rental stores to that list of those entities who are "assisting in making available."

While you don't see too much of the former anymore, there are quite a few people who rent, rip and return DVDs and Blu-Ray discs.

But do it too often and you might be looked at with suspicion, or be banned as a customer (Netflix is said to do this).
