TPB will only go down for probably a couple weeks or even months before some sort of distributed (if it isn't already) server system is up in multiple countries. piracy is just like the mythical dragon where you cut off one head, 2+ grow back and have more intensity.
That would actually be called a Hydra (many headed serpent from Greek Mythology).
