Hardly anybody will sign up for this horrible plan and then some tool in their marketing dept will use it as 'proof' that nobody wants higher speed internet when in reality the only reason nobody signs up for it is because it has a horrible pricepoint and a horrendous cap.
That about sums it up nicely.
