7 years and counting

I have had sprint for about seven years now...and not really had an issue. I did have one thing about splitting a family plan into two separate sprint plans due to a split with the ex. They stuck me with a two year extension although I really should have fought that. But I had no plans of switching so it was fine. When I did attempt to change my plan a year and change later, they tried to extend me again. I refused and asked for the supervisor. The rep just said, "okay, we'll just not extend you...thanks for being a customer."

I've had good luck and don't yet have a reason to change to someone else. Their support has been good for me...and can speak the english language in clear manner.

I am glad to see some positive feedback on Sprint.

I have had my 'Sprint' service back when it was Nextel (1996). There were a few problems at first after the merger, but they were quickly resolved. I rarely call for Customer Service, but when I do it gets resolved. But of course I am a kind, caring person, not a nasty, sarcastic customer. I find that works best. If I ever get a person who has difficulty with the English language I merely ask for someone with whom I can communicate in English.

Another point, my voice-mail answer message is mine; not appended with some lengthy commercial such as is on Verizon.
