 | Things are changing. I would actually agree, things are changing. Sprint is outsourcing a large portion of its customer service to much more competent and professional associates at Convergys. Its still kind of funny that Sprint now has better support from its outsource call centers than it does and did from actual Sprint employees.
Nevertheless, the last few times I have needed support I actually received what I would genuinely call some of the best cellular support I have had with any company most especially with Sprint. And each of those 3 times I reached a Convergys outsource call-center.
Hopefully Sprint will turn things around. The service and converage area cannot be beaten for the price. I have had everyone quite literally between personal services and those at work, and if Sprint could just manage to have some decent support on a consistent basis I believe they would be one of the best cellular providers. |
