It would have been smarter to go UMTS/LTE rather then EVDO/ LTE. Yeah but their big partner in all this is Sprint, not AT&T or T-Mobile. That means if they want to do something now, it has to be CDMA. I'm not saying I agree with the decision, but why they are doing it this way is pretty obvious.
