Thank you W7RMS, there is no other router in the network, neither hardware or software router, no "internet connection sharing" enabled. Thank you PeeWee. You pointed a pretty good idea that I didnot guess because I still beleived it is possible to use the tomato designed and undercsored feature "static lease" ("static DHCP"). At the end of all maybe I will entirely switch off DHCP and assign static ips.
