My experience with Verizon Fios was mixed. Picture was good, but customer service and tech support got worse over the time I had it. It seemed to go out more and more often. We moved and Fios was not available. Went back to Comcast. It is has been very reliable, and I have been very pleased with picture quality, internet and customer service, and wouldn't go back to Fios if it became available.
