Shooting his gun in his house, however, might be illegal in Belleville IL. The police took him into custody.
I can only assume (hope) that none of his bullets left his property. He's probably not the kind of person who thinks about things like that. |

Its illegal inside a residence......now outside on your property might be legal depending on your distance from the neighbors.....but you would need a pretty big yard to qualify....I'm on a 2 acre parcel, and I cant do it legally... |
