That because 400K coupons expire every week and these are redistibuted immediately. Since the program supposedly "ran out of coupons" they have sent out 3 million of them. By the time the last of the coupons applied for before the waiting list began expire the program will have given out 5 million coupons. This is all without the extra money given to them by Congress. |

I agree that it is a scare tactic.
As for the people "not ready?" They simply don't want to transition so they'll never be ready.
They get TV right now that works so why should they want to change? |
